License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Rishi ("App") on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights under this Agreement
- Use the App for any commercial purpose
- Create derivative works based on the App
Ownership
The App and all copies thereof are proprietary to Rishi and title and all intellectual property rights therein remain with Rishi. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Rishi.
Apple's Role
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Rishi only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of the App.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
Updates
We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App from time to time. Updates may be required for you to continue using the App. We are not obligated to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RISHI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RISHI BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rishi regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
